This review is a little late, because I decided that I had to go back and re-read ATBT in order to properly enjoy DSoT! And I'm glad I did - I wanted to remember all the little details and characterizations and motivations. The continuity was seamless and logical, and let me say that I *really* enjoyed the new story. So many questions were answered - about Draco's DE days, the final battle, etc - and it made Draco and Harry's interpersonal issues take on additional layers of meaning.

Your OC Daniel was very well done as well. It is obvious in canon that certain muggles do know about the wizarding world, but fanfic rarely addresses that issue. Halfbloods must have a muggle parent, but JKR has never provided any info about how the secret is kept. I liked your solution - even if Daniel will want magicked hair from now on :D

Also, I am in love with your Dean!!

Cheers to you for such a fabulous story!!

Thanks so much for your nice comments about DSoT. My thanks are a little late because I forgot that I'd turned off email notification and haven't checked this entry...oops! Sorry for that.

It really was a concern that the sequal flow under its own plot wnd didn't just milk stray tidbits from the first one. I'm glad you thought it held up.

Glad you like Daniel as much as I do, too.
