It's no secret that I've glommed on to the RL model Boyd Holbrook as my "Thousand Beautiful Things" Draco. I mean, look at him in these icons of mine: blond, attractive, pointy, aristocratic, young, did I mention attractive? But RL has a way of sneaking things in to the little world I created.

Like this. Warning: Not worksafe. Boyd is the one on the left.

Those of you who use Tom Felton as your Draco don't have this to contend with. Just some fish shots. The best part of all is the caption from the original article: Dior's silk chiffon dresses, by John Galliano. Ha! These guys are wearing Dior! Bet you couldn't have guessed.

And there are more. I blame thank [livejournal.com profile] kattiya for bringing these to my attention. Many other pix from this article are here.

ATBT Draco would not pose for shots like these. He would Apparate the hell out of there and commiserate with Snape over expensive scotch or something. But I bet [livejournal.com profile] shaggirl's Ouroboros Draco would somehow be involved in this. I mean, you have to wonder what's going on here. And here. There's a story to this, I'm sure. One that involves Aurors. And secret plans. But definitely not Dumbledore. The poor guy wouldn't be able to make head nor tails of these images.

I'm amazed. To think that the sexually ambiguous Draco in my vision is IRL posing for sexually ambiguous fashion photos is just...synchronicity.

An aside: [livejournal.com profile] isiscolo, my mentor in fandom things, in reply to my whining, has informed me that I have never had any of you lovely artistes draw anything for my fics because I haven't groveled and begged enough. And because I use ol' Boyd.

This is me, groveling and begging.

Another aside: those of you who instead use Jude Law as your Draco: he's on the cover of Vanity Fair this month. And yes, he is a wonderful choice as well.

Icon show-er-off-er. You keep flailing that about like that and somebody's going to snatch it away and keep it for her very own lock it in a closet to admire at odd times claim it.

I've only made up two so far.

I owe this all to you, you know! Any pretense of me coming across as some kind of mature, intellectual, wise fan author has just gone out the window with this post. My reputation is officially gone.

It's the ones who read it and flee in horror that I was thinking of...

(btw, kattiya is the wet pic originator)

This is for you, Viki. :D

I hope that makes up for cutting off his long, long legs.

And his arse. :D

It was so unexpected, too. The first shot I saw was the "fight scene" one, and I thought it had to have been Photoshopped as a joke.

It triggers all kinds of story arcs in my mind.
