Thank you to Isiscolo for welcoming me to the Harry Potter fanfic circle and giving me this LiveJournal account.

I'm fairly new to HP fanfic and have one whole story written, much to the horror of my children, who find it so! embarassing! that their mother is doing this.

"Chaining" is a Snape's-eye-view of Potions class set just after the events in the Ministry of Magic after OotP, rated G. I think of it as LeCarre!Snape.

I've got another story, much longer, almost finished, which is a hurting!Draco and comforting!Harry. This is developing into my preferred pairing for some reason (does anyone really have a reason for the pairings they prefer? I suppose so)

This journal is going to look vanilla until I can figure out how to tart it up.

Ooo! Lovely story. It's got a dramatically slow pace, building its mystery and climax in a way that somehow captures a pace both leisurely and urgent.

It's interesting, reading it now, to think about what we'd eventually learnt about what Snape really had felt Harry and why.
