Malfoy succeeded in the smile attempt this time. It was the happy smile of a Malfoy who was going to get his own way. The clouds parted. Choirs of angels sang. Woodland creatures, somewhere, frolicked. Malfoy had very pretty teeth. Harry Potter was not gay because he admired Draco Malfoy's teeth. Everyone did, or everyone should.

But Draco Malfoy being happy was always a very, very bad omen for Harry Potter.
