Mar. 21st, 2004 06:17 pmOur internet phone line has been physically switched back and forth between another house and ours four times this week. So depending on whose repair call is being addressed, we sometimes have access and sometimes not. Seems a new house in the neighborhood was mistakenly assigned our phone line, and the communication (at the communication company, for crying out loud) is so abysmal that the techs just keep climbing the pole and rewiring back and forth and back and forth.
Right now, we're winning. If it weren't so frustrating, it would be funny.
This is why my email and LJ comments have been so sporadic.
But I was forced to work on my nextbigfic, and added another 7,000+ words. Including the major characters' big sex scene (mumblemumbledraconharrymumble). Any mention of residual benefits to one's marital state would be Too Much Information.
