Buried in white stuff

Our current weather forecast:

SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES WILL CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY. TOTAL SNOWFALL
ACCUMULATIONS OF 14 TO 28 INCHES ARE EXPECTED...WITH UP TO 36
INCHES POSSIBLE NEAR THE FOOTHILLS.

We've got over a foot already...it's only Octoberrrrrr *whines* And yes, I am "near the foothills."

On the bright side, I took the day off work, and it looks like tomorrow will be the same. I'm catching up on a ton of stuff around the ol' homestead.

Kinda hard to judge - it seems to be slowing down a bit, but I'd say we've got a foot and a half out there. For most of the day it was like being inside a snow globe - it wasn't all that windy, but a lot of ginormous flakes piled up.
