geovikiZOMG! Just a quick post to say I'm home from Azkatraz. Last night there was a horrific hail/wind storm here, and what was once a pretty nice honeylocust tree in our back yard is now prostrate on the lawn (having barely missed the house, thank god), as are numerous trees in the area. Any summer flower (and my special daylily bed in particular) is trashed. No vegetable garden. There are just leaves everywhere - on the lawns, in the street, plastered on the house - and the whole town smells woody like fallen trees.
