First, I'd like to let everyone know that Eric left the hospital on Thursday, about an hour before I had to go pick up my mother at the airport for my daughters H.S. graduation Friday. He's doing fine now. You know, all of you who left me concerned messages - well, I wanted to tell you it really did mean a lot to me. Spending 12 hour shifts with my son in a hospital room (and he's very laconic at the best of times) tends to remove one from reality in a big way. And I'd come home and read your good wishes and feel connected again. So thanks so much.

Now I'm entertaining my mother, sneaking off to computerland (aka the guest bedroom). She's, how you say it, a bit high-maintenance. No, a lot high maintenance. Think: house-elf = me. I don't care how old you are, your mother can still make you feel like a child.

I just updated my A.J. Hall index: http://www.livejournal.com/users/geoviki/6442.html
(thanks, Cheshyre, for one of the new links)

And when Isis gets back from the Colorado Democratic convention and sends me the final beta comments, I'll be posting my fic. I'm guessing Wednesday?
