Nope, Blast isn't coming out in English anywhere, AFAIK. It seems there are fewer English manga publishers now, and Viz, for example, is already working on Loveless. They re-translated all of Tokyo Pop's earlier Loveless releases, too, and now they're left hanging (they've just released Vol. 12). I suspect they're wary of staring another Tokyo Pop orphan. Wish they would, though.
