I remember Miller time ads. But the beer's pretty terrible.

I just read all of DSOT on a long train journey (scared the little old lady next to me I can tell you), so I owe you a full review later. But one word: lovely. And Daniel - fabulous. The bit in the wards with Dean made me laugh a lot and scare old ladies even more.
